Youmust be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You will use the Services only for legitimate travel purposes.

• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Booking Terms

3.1 Role as Agent

In most cases, My Travel Agent acts as an intermediary between you and Travel Suppliers. When acting as an agent:

• The contract for travel services is between you and the Travel Supplier.

• The Travel Supplier’s own terms and conditions apply in addition to these Terms.

3.2 Pricing

All prices:

• Are subject to availability and change without notice.

• May exclude taxes, service charges, baggage fees, visa fees, GST, TCS ( wherever applicable) and other applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

• Are confirmed only upon full payment and issuance of booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3.3 Payment

Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be made at the time of booking.

We accept payment methods listed on our website. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Failure to make payment as per agreed terms may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the amount paid by you..

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by Travel Supplier and booking type.

• Airline tickets and fees for services like Visa, passports are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Hotels and tours may have strict cancellation windows.

• Service fees charged by My Travel Agent are non-refundable.

Refund processing times depend on the Travel Supplier and payment provider.

5. Changes and Amendments

Changes to bookings (dates, names, destinations) are:

• Subject to Travel Supplier approval.

• Subject to additional fees and fare differences.

• Not guaranteed.

Name changes on airline tickets are often not permitted.

6. Travel Documentation and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you:

• Possess valid passports (with required validity period).

• Obtain necessary visas and travel authorizations.

• Meet health and vaccination requirements.

• Comply with immigration and customs laws.

We are not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or penalties due to incomplete documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation

• Medical emergencies

• Travel delays

• Loss of baggage and other losses

Insurance coverage is subject to the insurer’s terms.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid directly to us for the booking in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

• Logos

• Graphics

• Booking systems

• Software

is owned by or licensed to My Travel Agent Private. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
