1. How do I register with mytravelagent.in?
Please key in www.mytravelagent.in on your address screen and please register, for your convenience you could click on this link www.mytravelagent.in/UserRegiester.do which would direct you to the registration sheet.
2. Why should I register with mytravelagent.in?
Registering with mytravelagent.in would refrain you from repeatedly duplicating your data when effecting a booking. As an add-on feature you would receive updates of promotional and special offers hosted on our site.
3. How do I change my password?
You would have to Sign In and edit/amend your password in the Edit Profile page.
4. Can I change my Username?
The username is a unique identity and cannot be changed.
5. How do I log out from the site when I have completed my transaction?
Click on < Sign out> on the main menu and you would be logged out.
6. Can I book on mytravelagent.in if I am a non-resident Indian?
We currently cater to Permanent Residents of India and expatriates holding a valid Indian Resident permit.
7. Can I clarify my doubts with the Customer Support Team?

We are certified by Verisign and we assure you that credit card transactions effected on our site are secured through the SSL mode with 128 bit encryption.
3. What Is the Card Verification Number (CVV) on my credit card?
CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa / MasterCard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card's account number.Please note you don"t need to disclose your CVV # to our staff or any associates, you would have to key in your CVV Details during the Payment Gateway Option thru the secured mode.
4. Under what name will my purchase be charged on the credit card statement?
Your purchase will be charged in favour of mytravelagent.in.

Flight Reservations

1. How do I know that my reservation is complete?
You would receive an SMS alert and an e mail citing confirmation of your booking.
2. Do I need to confirm my flight reservation?
If you have received an SMS alert / email notification their is no need to reconfirm the status.
3. Do I need to re-confirm my flight before departure?
It is not necessary to re-confirm reservations for domestic flights, but however if you wish to please call the airline.
4. How do I book my seat preferences?
This feature is controlled by the airlines and hence you would have to call on the airline directly 24 hours before departure or initiation of the flight.
5. Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked on mytravelagent.in?
We are governed by the guidelines specified by the airlines and this could vary between different carriers,request you to exercise strict caution while cancelling your resevations as certain fares are absolutely " NON REFUNDABLE "
6. How do I cancel a flight reservation?
If you are booked to travel on Kingfisher, Jet Airways, Jetlite, Indian Airlines, you could cancel your booking online instantly. However you would have to call the airline directly and cancel your reservation if your booking is initiated on Air Deccan, Indigo, and Spice Jet flights, depending on the terms of the airline/service provider
7.What is the maximum number of seats that I could book?
A maximum of 6 seats could be booked on a single transaction.
8. What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers instead of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce this unique confirmation number at the airline counters while checking in for the flight. E-TICKETS - Electronic tickets are currently issued for bookings effected on all airlines.
9. How will I get my e-Ticket details?
A copy of your E Ticket would be mailed to your email address on closure of the transaction.
10. Is it mandatory to show my e-Ticket confirmation note at the check-in counter of the airline?
It is advisable that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation copy or at least have your e-Ticket number as a ready reckoner. You will also need to show a photographic proof of identity (PAN CARD, Passport, Drivers License, and Election Card) at the check-in counter of the airline.
11. How do I make a group reservation?
If you have a group query of more than four passengers, you are requested to address a mail to our group cell at groups@mytravelagent.in and we shall offer you a competitive price in consultation with our principal.

Hotel Reservations

1. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You would receive an SMS and subsequently an email pertaining to the confirmation of your hotel booking.
2. Do I need to reconfirm my reservation?
It is not required, but if you wish too you could call the Hotel directly. The Telephone # of the hotel is featured on your Hotel Voucher.
3. How do I amend/cancel a hotel reservation?

To affect necessary changes/amendments to your earlier confirmed schedule, please log into the Hotel Section and Cancel your reservation.
4. Is there a cancellation policy for Hotels booked on mytravelagent.in?
Please check, The Cancellation details are featured on your Hotel Voucher. However certain hotel tariffs are non-refundable as directed by the designate hotels/properties. Please note all hotels would levy a service fee/tax.
